You're not short on tech offers.

Your inbox has offers to help rank your website higher. Others want to build you an app or custom services. And someone keeps calling to get you more leads. Everybody's selling you something before they know the first thing about your business.

Here's the thing. Any of that stuff might actually be what you need. Or it might not. SEO, a new website, lead gen, automation, AI, a CRM, I work with all of it. The problem isn't the tools. The problem is nobody's looked at your business long enough to know which one actually matters for you right now.

That's the part I care about. Figuring out what's really going on first, then going from there.

Diagnosis first. Prescription second.

Most tech people walk in with a hammer looking for nails. I do it the other way around.

I learn your business first. How things actually flow, where time is leaking, where you're doing work the tech should be doing for you. Then I tell you the one thing that'll give you the biggest return.

One thing. Not ten. One is actually doable. You can see if it worked. And then decide what's next.

Sometimes the answer is a new tool. Sometimes it's getting rid of one you already have. Simpler usually wins. Complicated software has a learning curve that you don't have time for, and if you can't use it, it isn't helping you.

How this started.

I've known Janet, a family law attorney, for years. Every time we caught up she'd tell me about her work, and so much of it was tedious manual stuff eating her days. I could see spot after spot where tech would take hours off her plate.

That's when it clicked. Most owners are heads-down in their business. They don't have the time or the energy to keep up with what tech can do for them. I have 30 years in the field, and even I feel behind most weeks. The AI stuff shifts almost daily. If it's hard for me, it's brutal for someone running a business full time.

So I figured I'd put what I know to use and help.

There's a lot of people right now who watched a few YouTube videos and started calling themselves AI experts. That's not me. I have a CS degree from UC San Diego. I spent years in the defense industry leading large teams on multimillion-dollar projects. I've been doing this a long time, and I bring that same commitment to your business.

Here's how it goes.

Before the call. You fill out a short form about your business. I take it and dig in on my own time. By the time we talk, I already have an idea about how you operate.

On the call. 30 minutes. I ask questions. You talk. I listen. No pitch, no upsell, no slides.

After the call. I send you a short PDF with one specific recommendation. The single change I think will give you the biggest return. Clear enough that you could hand it to someone else and they'd know exactly what to do.

The cost. Nothing. If you find it useful, all I would ask for is a review. I'm building my reputation, and that's worth more to me than a fee.

And honestly, you're helping me too. Every business is unique. Every conversation teaches me something about how real businesses actually operate, what's working, what's broken, what people wish existed. So I'm genuinely grateful you're taking the time to talk.

An example of my work.

Gutierrez & Associates, Family Law

Janet came to me with an idea and a goal: launch her own family law practice. We built the whole operational foundation together. Lead management, client intake, payments, client communication, document drafting, the website, and a Yelp campaign that's pulling in steady leads. The practice is up and running, and Janet gets to focus on the law.

We came to Tech Solutions Ally with just an idea to start a family law practice. They built our entire operational foundation—lead management, client intake, payment systems, everything. Now we have a practice that runs smoothly while we focus on serving clients. We couldn't have launched without them.

A few things you might be wondering.

“Is this going to turn into a sales pitch?”

Nope. The call is 30 minutes of me learning your business. The PDF afterward is the deliverable. If you want to keep working together, great. If not, also great.

“I don't have time for another meeting.”

Fair. That's why I do the homework first, so the 30 minutes are about your business, not me catching up.

“I'm not sure you can help my specific business.”

Maybe not. That's what the call is for. If I don't see anything worth recommending, I'll say so, and you'll still get a clear write-up of what I looked at.

“I'm already getting hammered with offers like this.”

I know. Me too. And I get why you're tired of it. Most of those pitches want 30 minutes to sell you something. I'm not selling anything on this call. I want to understand your business and send you one useful recommendation.

Look, I'm not going to pretend I'd never want to work with you. If the recommendation turns out to be valuable and you later want more help, we can talk about it down the road. But that's on your timeline. The call itself is just the call.

Ready when you are.
